Interim Chief Financial Officer
Elizabeth Morrison has over 30 years of financial management experience, most recently as the Port’s Director of Corporate Finance. Her experience includes long-term financial planning, capital markets and treasury and guiding the stewardship of public funds. She oversees accounting, budgeting, and performance reporting functions, long-term financial planning and financing, treasury, investment management, and risk management.
