Public records requests, other than Police records, should be directed to the public records officer, submitted online through our Public Records Portal. Requests for police public records should be submitted online through the Police Public Records Portal. Please note that you will be required to create an account for the Public Records Portals.
Public disclosure requests received by the Port will be displayed publicly, absent applicable exemptions. Public disclosure requests received by the Port of Seattle are public records. This includes any personal information a requestor provides to the Port in making a public disclosure request, such as name, residential address, email address or telephone number.
