SEA Sparks is a limited-term micro-business development program that lowers barriers and
reduces costs of entry for anyone interested in SEA Airport Dining & Retail (ADR). The incubator
program targets, supports, develops, and advances startup, emerging, and mid-stage brands and
artisans that produce, package, and sell fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and consumer packaged
goods (CPG). Merchandise limitations and revenue restrictions apply.
For RFI 26-6, maximum gross annual revenue cannot exceed $2.6 million (10% of NAICS
code 458110 Specialty Retail). Joint ventures and wholesale activities are not permitted.
