Jett the SEA Otter is your otterly huggable friend who’s always up for fun. Jett’s mission in life is to help you have a great day at SEA and discover a few new things about your favorite airport.
Dressed in a green scarf and aviator goggles, Jett embodies helpfulness, efficiency, authenticity, and a natural, welcoming spirit sure to spread joy to all. Our newest team member was introduced in December 2024 after community members and SEA employees helped bring the character and name to life.
Look for Jett at occasional airport and community events. This otter never misses a party or a chance to say hi! Use #JettSpotting on social media when you see Jett!

Name: Jett, the SEA (pronounced S-E-A) Otter
Birthday: December 4 (Sagittarius). The only day of the year where Jett is the star of the show!
Personality: Jett’s goal in life is to make people happy and it’s contagious. This otter is also curious and adventurous and loves learning new things. You can’t keep Jett in one place for long — there are always more people to meet and new sights to see!
Favorite thing about SEA: The people and the airplanes of course!! (Jett has a hard time picking just one favorite thing) Our team member loves everything about interacting with you and your friends and family ─ giving high-fives and big hugs… and watching the planes take off and land. Jett could watch them all day long!
Favorite food: SEA has so many delicious options (with more opening all the time!), and Jett lives to try them all. But as an otter and native PNWer, anything seafood is a great go-to.
Hobbies: Planespotting (Jett is a budding AVGeek), making new friends, exploring new places, daydreaming about SEA’s dreamy destinations, filling up with delicious treats from SEA eateries, and occasionally swimming in Puget Sound.
Occupation: Spreading joy to all SEA visitors
